Unfortunately no, at some point you’re going to be limited by atmosphere no matter how big of an optical zoom you have

Im not sure how far that is but it’s likely in the range of a few hundred kilometres

We can use technology to see through the atmosphere with a laser or something but I don’t know really anything about that and can’t test for myself either
