Same playbook in all the countries:

Step 1. Announce forced vax to begin on date in early spring (end of respiratory disease season).

Step 2. Carpet bomb the NPCs through government shill media with message of total war on the "plague rat" refuseniks ('Resistance is futile').

Step 3. Watch the spineless vaxxies rush out to get yet another deadly booster jab to avoid making Big Daddy Government angry with them.

Step 4. Rescind forced vax degree again when statistics hint of vax uptake saturation in the cattle ('Psyche! We were just messing with you, bro. Did you really believe us? Well, no refunds...).
