The whole gov resigned. Civilians took over the country. Even cops and military surrendered.

The capitol city is the headquarters of the NWO. The freemasonry symbolism is undeniable. Heads of religion and state meet there regularly. This is much larger than fuel prices. There is a silent war raging.
