Just a thought, but advertising agencies and governments have been perfecting fear porn tactics for decades now with the propaganda campaigns against smoking, drunk driving, and the war on drugs. Those cheesy ads? All they did was change the topic, but it's the same techniques. Same thing goes for seeding stories in the media. Instead of a story where drunk driver kills X, they just swapped out drunk driver for covid.
I was not a regular viewer of Don Draper and Mad Men, but to that show's credit, it did show how easily we are manipulated. All three anti-vice campaigns have been pretty successful.
This is not to say that I support drunk driving, drug use, or smoking. Frankly, all three are pretty dumb. But once an elite consensus formed that it was acceptable to manipulate the public on these issues, you didn't think it would stop there, did you?
I'm assuming if this February the WHO really suggests zero tolerance "final solution" lockdowns for all of us until "all of the covid variants are taken out" and then every other nation starts faking the cases like crazy and does exactly as Tedros said, with people being locked in their homes with constant military patrol and the only reason they could leave is their governor/mayor/sheriff let them buy food and only for a single hour. (This is based on a panopticon which effectively allows 2-3 military police to terrorize whole residential areas)
That's basically 2020 - 2022 aka 2-3 years.
The Russian Civil War took around a bit more than that before the communists start purging people left and right and people really get desensitized by the camps. But before then you still had to weaken and kill a bunch with starvation, which is way more effective and sets them up to that.
