For contagious viruses?
Has there ever been a study that proves person-to-person transmission of viruses?
In the entire history of the published medical research, there is not one so-called pathogenic disease-causing virus that has ever been found in one bodily fluid of one person. Not HIV, Ebola, Zika and SARS-CoV-2. Do you disagree with that? Present a paper proving such and explain the process fully. You’d be the first in all of mankind to do so.

Chicken pox is probably the best Steel Man argument to consider. it does indeed seem contagious
Take a look at this claim :

Maybe it is somewhere in the middle.
I know that many Viruses are non-existent, but that does not mean that Viruses do not exist at all.
It’s not saying the virus doesn’t exist. It’s saying that chickenpox is not a disease, but a process of maturation a young person goes through, like puberty.
For example, did you know the chickenpox virus lies dormant in people?
How does that make sense, if it is a virus that causes disease? Shouldn’t anyone harboring the virus experience symptoms of the disease?
If not, then how can it be said that the virus is causing disease? At the very least, you’d have to say the virus + some other factor creates the disease, given that people can harbor it and be asymptomatic.
