Its intentional. tptb are deliberately trying to aggravate, anger, and demoralize the masses. From covid1984 to Afghanistan to the border situation to peaceful protest/insurrection to ad infinitum the mismanagement we're seeing is too pervasive to be from the random application of the Peter Principle.
