I have seen these things over and over for the past couple of years. It looks to me like an organized campaign to amplify the voices of certain audience members.
The amount I care about the noises some people standing in a crowd (likely placed there to opportunistically disrupt) makes is so close to zero mathematicians have yet to conceive of a name for it.
The issue to me isn't that he was booed or not booed; it's the content.
Yeah. I think he was trying to get the message across that because his own family has been targeted in various, politically-motivated ways, he would not actively do the same thing. To me this is a change from his previous behavior.
On Fox and Friends he said, "The other thing with the terrorists is you have to take out their families, when you get these terrorists, you have to take out their families. They care about their lives, don't kid yourself. When they say they don't care about their lives, you have to take out their families." He went on to order a commando raid that killed an eight-year-old American girl, Nawar al-Awlaki. The United States claimed her father was an al-Qaeda leader. This is damning.
Trump tried to utterly destroy Bill Clinton during a debate with Hillary. Bill was right there in the audience watching. That embarrassing spectacle even made me cringe.
So I'm not sure why he's trying to get it out there that he's going to lighten up on people's families, because it sure as hell doesn't seem to resonate with right-wingers in today's toxic political climate. Sometimes I think Trump is actually too honest at times.
