They sent this email out to employees today. It's not a great move, considering most stores can't get or keep help right now. Don't be surprised if you go into a Home Depot next month and it's a ghost town as far as getting help.
"Dear Associate,
OSHA is requiring associates of large employers to be fully vaccinated* and provide required proof OR test for COVID-19 every 7 days. As a large employer, The Home Depot is required to comply with this governmental regulation.
To prepare, we need to know your vaccine status by Jan. 4, 2022.
Take action now by following the instructions below:
Fully Vaccinated If you have been fully vaccinated*, log on at livetheorangelife.com and select Update Your Information on the COVID-19 Vaccination or Testing Requirement section, then Update Vaccine Information under COVID-19 Resources. Add your vaccine details AND upload a photo/copy of your vaccine card/documentation. If you have trouble uploading, you can fax it in by following the instructions at livetheorangelife.com/vaccinefax.
If you do not provide a photo/copy of your COVID-19 vaccine card/documentation, you will NOT be considered fully vaccinated and will need to test every 7 days.
Not Vaccinated If you have not been vaccinated, it is not too late. Visit livetheorangelife.com/covid19vaccine for details or text your zip code to GETVAX (438829) to find a location near you. If you are not going to get vaccinated, update your vaccine status to "Not Vaccinated”. This will help us plan for testing and will remove you from future vaccine status follow-ups. Log on at livetheorangelife.com and select Update Your Information on the COVID-19 Vaccination or Testing Requirement section, then Update Vaccine Information under COVID-19 Resources to update your status."
are you considering the fact that PCR isn’t a fucking diagnostics tool in any way shape or form?
