Marxism always wants to erase the past. The reason they're willing to create hated material, from movies to board games, that are woke, is that they are what shows up on google. Not the original.

They want to create all these products even if they're unsuccessful, to bump "old racist misogynist" stuff from searches on the internet, so that people who are younger lose a more direct access to finding this stuff. Its "soft book burning".
