The plan is to destroy the economy, massively cut workforce, cause major supply chain issues. Double digit inflation, forced vaccine passport and digital id/cash then comes the planned internet outages, grid failures and war. Got to keep the great reset on track, America staying a superpower is a threat to that plan.
I think it's a lot more simple than that and America is also now around as much of a superpower as Russia in 1916.
What I believe is that if you want to see their actual motive, just take a look at the Cambodian Genocide of 1975 -1979.

The dehumanizing and goalposts are very similar in nature and once Pol Pot was done with it Cambodia was completely regressive compared to Singapore or Thailand. You also have so much sufficiently traumatized people that you can't rebuild unless you have foreign aid.
And that's just the test run. Now imagine this happening worldwide, which means nobody is safe and you are on your own.
