it's clear to me that there were no gas chambers or mass executions performed by the NAZIs. There were open air prisons, with forced labor. And there was starvation, no hygiene and a massive Typhus epidemic - exacerbated by the poor conditions brought about by war.
The epidemic was so bad they had to build multiple large "leichenkellars" in the forced labor camps, or "corpse cellars", to store all the dead in a cool environment while they attempted to cremate them all. It was a massive undertaking in itself. It was these large corpse cellars that later got labelled as "gas chambers" by the victors of WW2.
