This poison seems to be a different form of anticoagulants rodents poison, Anticoagulants ends up damaging tiny vessels (internal bleeding), graphene hydroxide seems to take it into the next level by damaging the actual blood cells.
To me this is far more plausible than any 5G theory proposed by Icke, or even mRNA which seem to be far more complicated. Rodenticide is simple and effective!
