How do you even find someone guilty of intention murder when the ensuing struggle from the victim is what led to his own death? It was clear they intended to capture him, he aped around and found out.

Will anyone march for the right of the people to defend their communities from criminals?

But don't let that stop talking heads from bobbling.

The police wait for the dust to settle and then remember how to enforce the law.

From what I've heard, the McMichael's didn't execute a proper arrest, so they are punishable under the law. BUT! The police surrendered jurisdiction in that area by refusing to address the burglars, so they had no right to press charges and the law shouldn't apply.

The problem is with police choosing when and where to do (or not do) their job on any given day. If the PD surrenders territory (CHAZ) to the Thugs, they don't get to come in the next day and pretend they are still in undisputed control. You can't retroactively apply Rules to a Lawless zone.
