The Vaccines are the stuff that will kill hundreds. Whatever comes next will result in billions dead and more destroyed. And the vaccines are one of the steps. If the next step ever materializes (and it's been MATERIALIZING as I type this), even if you gun down every single one of them afterwards, it would be a bit too late, and they WILL get away with what they exactly wanted.
Complete and utter societal fallout, billions dead, remaining survivors driven to despair, remaining youth illiterate and cities falling into complete disrepair for a few decades.
