I assume it's my habit , my muscle memory , sometimes when my brain forgets , I can make my muscles remember where I have left something like a key or my wallet
There is a part of me that's me , but there is also a potential inside me to be limitless
It's the same part of me that turned me off all my bad habits and some how gives me the will to be a better man, awakened and sustained by prayer
They always conflate mind with brain, but that's not true.
The mind is a full body experience.
If each cell has your DNA, then you are like a hologram where even the smallest piece of you (a cell) contains an "image" the whole thing. It even knows how to gestate us from a primordial soup into a human. And it can regrow our skin and stuff. Other animals can even regrow limbs.
Wanna meet aliens? Just change your perception slightly, it is all around you. The most fascinating life forms you could possibly imagine, are right here on Earth. And look how peaceful, friendly, and symbiotic most of them are!

By aliens do you mean actual ones or do you mean the vast myriad of animals , plants and organisms that fill our world ?
Animals, plants, organisms, rocks, water, air, and you.
From the moment we are born, it is all alien to us.
Then adults will aim to familiarize us with this place, first through feelings and then through language, so that we will believe it's "our" home.
But we came here many millions of years later, many many years after it was someone else's home. After it was trees' home. After it was insects' home. After it was Neanderthals' home. Now it's our home. For now anyway...or so they say.
