Yeah. All kinds of weird stuff going on. The Losharik submarine incident is another odd one.
You'd think a US submarine would be able to navigate without hitting a bloody mountain...
Just a thought..... those collisions near Japan the boats were shown to have compromised navigation systems.... maybe someone can jam submarine navigation?
It's not beyond the realms of possibility I guess. Underwater, I suppose everything is "connected". Perhaps there is a way to exploit that.
And that's ignoring any potential high technology like the claims that nuclear missiles have gone offline due to UFO interference.
