This is complete bunk.
Most non-sub-Saharan peoples have at least 2-4% of Neanderthal genetics. Asians primarily have Denisovan genetics.
Sub-Saharan people have neither of these genetic traits. Although some AA have them as having been crossed with European ancestry.
Neanderthals are the original lineage of European ancestry.
Maybe what you're describing are the offsrping of the 50k years of rape described.
