Trump isn’t smart. He always was and always will be a puppet by the question is by who? Are there even such things as “white hats”? Or just multiple corrupt evil groups fighting for power and trump worked for one of them. If you study European history there were no white hats, there were the wealthy and powerful, those who worked for them, those who tried to take that wealth and power for themselves and everyone else who alway got fucked over in the end.
