Not gonna happen until you get something similar to Rwanda 1994 for 5 years in a row.
If you don't know how Rwanda 1994 played out, Machete wielding killers murdered 1 million in 3 months. In a year this is 4M and Rwanda is way smaller than the USA.
Vaccines alone will not do that many in 5 years and decade long lockdowns will wipe out at most a quarter in 10 years. Mass, uncontrolled and manual killings are the only way it could happen.
