It’s more likely that they wait for them and use as cover. Though the thought crosse my mind: why wait? Seems like a fairly tightly controlled network of state funded helio observatories. Combined with MSM talking heads and manufacture reality. Anecdotally these things seem to precede cyber events.

If it's the video I'm thinking of it almost looks like something is siphoning energy off of the sun and then blasts off in a hurry. Oh and it looks like it's much larger than the earth.
