It’s more likely that they wait for them and use as cover. Though the thought crosse my mind: why wait? Seems like a fairly tightly controlled network of state funded helio observatories. Combined with MSM talking heads and manufacture reality. Anecdotally these things seem to precede cyber events.

This is what I always warned and predicted about.
For a solar flare to burn off the WORLD'S electronic supply or even the supply of all of USA, the sun has to almost blow up.
