At least they are NOT mandating yet.

Russia is now the beacon of freedom amongst the great nations, most of which have fallen.

Russians also have their own vaccine, and it's not mRNA. Just a good ol' classic vaccine. And unless they are hiding it well, I haven't heard of any widespread complications from it.
