I guess now I have to get the vax or lose your job. I work for a major transportation company. The union isn’t doing mych about it, it seems. They’ve stated that you can go “medical reasons” or “sincerely held religious beliefs” to not get the vax. Has to be done by November 8th. People are saying that you will have to get your Pastor to sign off on the religious beliefs thing. Wouldn’t that be an invasion of your privacy if they insisted on that? I’ve worked there 32 years and would lose a 6 figure job AND a pension for my wife and I both. I’m at a loss on what to do. And if I do get it I’m thinking the Johnson&Johnson would be the least vax to worry about.

Was told today that it was stated on a conference call with about 300 supervisors the company will have a “committee” reviewing the religious exemptions. I guess one of the supervisors went off on the lady that said that and told her that NO ONE but God would know how “religious” a person is. Her response was I understand what you’re saying but that is the way we are handling it. What the hell?!? If this is true I REALLY wish someone had that comment on tape where she said that. By the way, my job entails ringing a bell and blowing a horn as I approach road crossings. Located on the eastern part of the U.S.
