"Unnatural" pathogens are inherently unstable.
Mother Nature quickly dispatches our feeble attempts at creating "super" bioweapons.
A "lab leak" means this "thing" may have been dangerous for like a week, and it since has been mutated beyond recognition.
The "no virus" and the "lab leak" are not mutually exclusive. Not only that, but they are intimately related.
They can't admit it was a lab leak because then that means it's NOT natural and therefore won't be endemic.
It doesn't exist anymore, and essentially never did.
They just need the idea of the virus, and people are stupid enough apparently for them to run with it, yourself included.
