Most 5g frequencies can't even penetrate the skin, so it is unlikely.

3g and 4g typically use lowere frequencies that can pass through materials better. Some 5g systems have overlap with previous generations down to 600mhz, but the 5th generation wouldn't be necessary in this...

Yes they do penetrate the skin. Just 90% is blocked. Who is to say they need 100% to get through?

It also strongly resonates on the skin, so if you have become a conductive medium from your skin to your blood stream, what is to stop that frequency from propagating?

Common 3g/4g frequencies would be a better solution for your theory.

higher frequencies have more bandwidth. Perhaps that is needed.

At the end of the day they are doing what they are doing for a reason. Why increase frequencies if it provides no additional benefit?

There are benefits to higher frequencies, like the bandwidth you mention.

Also since high frequencies are greatly reflected, and have fine resolution, you can do things like 3d mapping for things like facial recognition.

The high frequencies also would be very useful for things like drones. There's lots of nefarious things which can be done which 5g enables.

What would be made possible with your theory that couldn't be achieved already with other simpler methods?

Graphene has also been proven to be biodegradable by natural human enzymes like MPO. Maybe you could use this to explain the booster shot requirements, but I still fail to see the motivation for such an intricate plan. People are already easily controlled/killed etc. What's the payoff?
