Every first "lady", going back to H.W. at the very least. Joan rivers ordeal is psyop though; a "conspiracy theory". The truth is simpler. Fake deaths...puppet performs to completion...puppet gets to retire.

Why bother keeping the puppets around when it's cheaper, more convenient, and more consistent with the Cabal's character just to kill them?
