The woman was vaccinated on Aug. 26 and died on Sept. 7.

I thought she was then unvaccinated per CDC definition?

VITT - this is happening often enough they named a brand new disease for it, and have somecrecirded cases. This way if it happens to someone you know, it's not verifying rumors, it's verifying the news and only happened 4 other times ever.
