I know that if you are a "conspiracy theorist" or merely deemed one by the feds - you are officially recognized and treated as a threat to national security.
That's effectively a terrorist under the law, and gives them cart blanche.
I would say, they don't need that law unless they REALLY want to torture people (and other really messed up patriot act clauses)
And it will basically mandate war or any situation that implies hard war.
Civil War is one of these.
UN Blue Helmets landing in WWIII is another one.
And decade long covid lockdowns (which can start as soon as next year in just one Tedros declaration that the "situation is out of control") is the most plausible scenario at this point where they could capture hordes of "Conspiracy theorists" and send them to FEMA Camps.
