Anyway, it's not mental illness. It's just an extreme selfishness. Perhaps solipsism, but that's a female trait anyway.
For a billion times you could say to these people "what if the shoe was on the other foot" or point out their own inconsistencies, and it doesn't matter. Little Ben Shapiro makes millions effectively doing this to liberals and leftists, and it doesn't matter. Maybe a moderate or two is persuaded or something.
