so, the other evil TURD of a bill is the reconciliation.

if the dems cant agree for bipartisan, theres a diff process to pass the bill in a dem owned house/senate.

the only drawback, which the dems are attempting to avoid, is if they go route 2, all non-budget items (evil twisted shit) are filtered the fuck out.
