Man. I'm not saying you're wrong, cuz you very very well could be exactly on the nose. But you are hyper vigilant about pushing that scenario in about every post. May I ask what precisely is making you believe that to be the particular scenario that will play out?
When I looked up the Khmer Rouge one day, I found out whatever they had in place were ominously similar to what we did to "flatten the curve".
Lying that the oppressive measures will last for a short period of time while it actually lasted until they piss of Vietnam, being able of indefinitely extended until the intended outcomes appear.
Gathering with more than 2 people will result in "sedition" charges that lead to execution.
Traveling is limited to in-between communes and traveling to the Thailand border will obviously get you killed.
The "Angkar" is treated as some invincible God like the "People" or "Big Pharma".
Churches and Monasteries are empty as worship is forbidden and monks/priests are executed. Cities are deemed capitalist trash and deserted.

Though I do agree that a "final solution" situation is almost inevitable. I just think that those measures won't be quite as cut and dry as "everyone stay at home forever regardless!" They've pushed this divide over the shot too hard not to take advantage of that division when the final ball drops.
They will not tell you forever, of course.
They will tell you it's for one month. But they will keep extending it until people get their guts straight and tell them to fuck off. And even then the flip-overs could be controlled by Red State Conservatives (The ideal society of an Alt-Right/Trumper right now can be easily seen in the current CCP), which I won't trust more or less than a Liberal telling me that we should all go back to Weimar.
