Actually though graphene is a semi-metal and not true metallic.
The Germans found weird rectangular microstructures of nano size - shown in their video. I suspect but do not yet see evidence proving that these were graphene.
Now I have a flaky suggestion. Could it be that the graphene originates from the labwork of the purported aliens under Dulce NM? It was long rumored that the US govt keeps an alliance with them in an underground base there where parts are dedicated to experiments on human biology. Is it possible the elite are in partnership with aliens to subjugate the human race? Use of graphene for mind control would fit this scenario.
