Fuck, that's nothing, child's play:

(Stupid) New Zealand shut down the ENTIRE COUNTRY, 2, 3 Islands, because of a single CASE, not death, case.
(Stupid) Australia shut down its capital city, Canberra, becasue of a single CASE, not death, case.
