That's because the host is once again busy to want to go after the parasites; instead of questioning what the parasites are responding to within the host? A suggested lie requires consent to suggested truth first.

Nature does not offer lies; and neither does nature declare truths, it doesn't brand any information as true or false; instead it communicates inspiration by moving everything within it. We perceived movement; which inspires our free will of choice to react to (adaptation), yet our choices are adherence (need) or ignorance (want).

All suggested information comes from the few in form of shaped sound (words) as idolized meaning, and for us to consent to suggested meaning requires us to choose to ignore perceived inspiration. Suggestion parasitically exploits the choice of want over need aka ignorance over adherence.

All the "truth" the many consent to believe or not believe are suggested to them by the few; who afterwards suggest contradictions to both sides of the resulting conflict of reason (true vs false). These contradictions are perceived by those who consent to truth as lies.

The few use suggestion (-isms) to cause division (reason), which gives them a) power to act in the name of the suggested -isms (to define the beliefs of the many); b) control over both sides of reason; because the many are reasoning about the same suggestion, and c) the opportunity to maintain the conflicts of reason by suggestion of contradictions add infinitum; which is called talmudic reasoning.
