I did not realize he mashed up the two pages. The link is only to provide the exact information in the text. In that we are not to be engaged in offensive weapons research.
Thanks for providing that. I don't personally believe there is any way they aren't secretly researching every possible method to win any kind of war.
Yes, I know. That being said, I don't believe information on it, would be available to us on a level we could obtain through a FOIA.
