All of the redacted sections marked as (b)(4) refer to technology within a weapons system. the last redaction is followed by a statement on sterility.

The classification is in the image. And bio-weapons research in America is confined to defensive purposes only.
The image was from the National Archives. The redaction codes were from the Food and Drug Administration.
