From what i remember the events seem to be coming to pass even though the dates are off. Anyone have any thoughts or good links? Could the "mad cow" be vax spikes?

I haven’t read John Titor’s predictions since like 2004 so I don’t remember much but one thing that I always remembered, because it made me laugh, is how he said Canadians were the most vicious and I think cannibals? Which I found ridiculous, they always say sorry, right?
But I was thinking about it lately and look at their lockdowns. If Canada continues with a stricter lock down I can sort of see it?
