All media is propaganda
Not entirely true. But all media can be used as propaganda regardless of intent.
Any media which shows things from the dominant paradigm, reinforces the dominant paradigm.
Any media which undermines the dominant paradigm, undermines the dominant paradigm.
And sometimes that is inverted by demonstrating the exceptions which prove the rule.
