Just another heart attack of someone with elite healthcare.

The fact all Google searches about it change it to Kim Jong Nam.. means I might be onto something.

Complete lack of discussion surrounding the possibility?

I'm not so sure that any healthcare in North Korea could be classified as "elite". Even for the elites.
