It wouldn't be just America really.

If every other country ALL OVER THE WORLD but the Southern United States are going to be locked down in the exact way I described, you're still pretty much doomed.

I do not know about Ghana or Trinidad, but if you're in Malaysia or Japan you are still pretty much dead (and prob even deader than NYC).
