According to their Satanic rules, they have to let the people know what they’re doing, in some way or another.
It’s always about free will. They can never physically force the vaccin on you. They can make your life very hard and trick you into taking it however.

Is there a term for this? letting their victim know what they're doing? I've been telling people about this practice in black magic for a while now but I just cant define it.
I don't know either. They may do this to not negatively impact their own karma. It all about free will.
By revealing their plans in advance they are getting our permission in a roundabout way, reducing the karmic debt they incur. That's why all our movies and other media are full of this shit.
