Doctors are mostly meat mechanics following charts after memorizing materials, it's nothing that spectacular for basic medication and wound care, and if I need brain surgery or a new liver it's just my time to go be with Jesus.

Yeah, our medical establishments are pretty shit for anything except for caring for extreme physical trauma.
Question about your regimen with the horse paste... do you find anything in the stool? The prospect of that sounds terrifying to me.
