What I don't understand is why can't doctors just prescribe Ivermectin for parasites (or whatever a real reason would be) rather than prescribing it for "COVID"?

Surely people would still need to use regular medicine for regular ailments. Pandemics don't change that. People can get worms during a pandemic (or no pandemic), and Ivermectin is always the cure for that.
