I'm hypothesizing they're planning to medicate/inoculate our public drinking water. Why? Because when people were urged to stay home in March 2020, water-pipe projects kicked into hyperspeed across the world. Laying new lines, replacing old lines... Replacing anti-microbial copper with anti-static plastics.

I combine a few pieces of information: lockdowns hide what happens on the streets from nosey eyes & my locality started laying pipe as soon as they announced non-essentials were recommended to stay home. Some Google articles from other states (gr8lakes) and countries (Deutschl&) also mentioned waterworks projects.
Then, if the only acceptable goal is a 100% vax-sick nation how else do you get everybody their meds? The undocumented, you don't have a list of names. The homeless, you can't go door to door. It's got to be put in something we need to survive.
