Because if Biden can be kept in office til January 20, 2023 Harris can get 10 years in office, per constitutional amendment. I bet the 25th rhetoric against Biden will start fall 2022 and at noon on January 20th, 2023 Harris will be sworn in. Fortified elections again for 2024 and 2028, thus 10 years of Harris.
