Who is the army of the 12 monkey? It tells you there are two sets.

What is released upon humanity at the end of the movie?
What is the main message of the movie? Cole actually never figures out who the army of the 12 monkeys is.
He gets duped by the dude running in the airport. Is killed with his younger self watching his own death.
Then the female scientist from the future says to supposed virus creator "I guess we are the next endangered species, human beings".
Those who don't learn from the past, are bound to repeat it!
