Black Rock will still exist, but you got to figure a lot of their workforce will have been vaccinated and if they actually end up dying as the OPS suggesting, the business will not be business as usual. Operations will be kneecapped from people and key positions suddenly no longer able to do their job because they're dead, and/or because the systems in place to conduct such transactions are no longer working the way they should be. County tax assessors, escrow, lenders, that kind of stuff.
If something like that happens the best thing that anyone can do if they think is plausible, is save up a bunch of money and be prepared to buy up everything because what you do in those times will lay the groundwork for your family's fortune for generations to come.
