Do we know the long term effects of the Vaccine? What if by some weird OOPS it sterilizes people, cannot have kids?

Oh, and what's with giving CHILDREN a MANDATORY EXPERIMENTAL SHOT? Did the Nuremberg trials not happen in this timeline?
