From what we have seen many of these mind controlled actors have at least one handler present. Look at George Floyd. He was in that car with 2 other people. They made sure he took his funny money into the store. They made sure he took his fatal dose of fentanyl at the last possible moment.
As for mind control drugs, GHB and rufies are among the best. The beauty of GHB is that it metabolizes completely and is quickly untraceable.

He probably gave him the fentanyl that killed him too. It's unclear what Shawanda Hill's part in the play was. She may have been the one that put Floyd into the hypnotic trance in the car while they were waiting for the police to show up.
