Thanks for the information, but I don't use it for wound cleaning.
I use it on the skin to get iodine into my body.
yea that is fine, how do you know when you need iodine
The skin method with the tincture.
Make a 2x2 inch square on you with the tincture, preferably in the elbow pocket or behind the knee.
If the square disappears in less than 5 minutes, you were low in iodine levels.
From there, if you apply this square and it takes 10 to 15 minutes to clear, you are good.
After that, apply the square every other week to see what your levels are.
Your skin absorbs the iodine, and leaves all the poison stuff/extra iodine it doesn't need on the surface.
